Ginka Poole, Vice President

Ginka brings 20+-years of photography and marketing experience to Sambhali U.S. In the past five years, she has been a freelance photographer, travel writer, and blogger. Recently she has begun focusing on sustainable travel and supporting women-run businesses, especially those in marginalized communities.

In 2019 on a trip to India, Ginka visited Sambhali Trust Empowerment Centers in Jodhpur and Setrawa and the Sheerni Boarding Home. As an advocate for women's rights, she was impressed with the accomplishments of the Trust and the women's sisterhood. She happened to meet future Sambhali U.S. president, Shereen Arent, on one of those visits and volunteered on the spot.

Ginka lives with her husband in their empty nest in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
