Adelia Gray, Director

Adelia Gray is a nonprofit program operations leader with over a decade of experience across global development, education, and community‑based organizations. She has held roles with World Learning, Good Neighbors International, Pact, the International Rescue Committee, and Peace Corps Morocco, where she specialized in cross‑team coordination, workflow design, compliance, and partnership management. Her work has focused on strengthening organizational systems, supporting locally led initiatives, and improving operational infrastructure to advance mission‑driven programs.

Adelia received her BA in Communications from Curry College and her MA in International Development Studies from George Washington University.
